Puppies can begin nibbling on moistened Natural Balance® L.I.D. Limited Ingredient Diets® Sweet Potato & Venison Dry Dog Formula before they are weaned. From six weeks to six months, feed three times a day. You may want to add a small amount of Natural Balance® L.I.D. Limited Ingredient Diets® Venison & Sweet Potato Canned Dog Food for ease of feeding. The amount of canned dog food can be gradually decreased as the puppy matures. After six months, it is recommended to feed twice daily.

Limited Ingredient Diets® Sweet Potato & Venison Dry Dog Formula, we suggest starting with the amounts recommended in the table. Energy requirements vary with environmental conditions, temperature and activity of your dog. The amount of food should always be adjusted to suit your dog’s needs.
We recommend that you do not add vitamins, minerals, or any other supplements, except upon the advice of a veterinarian. When switching your dog’s diet, the change should be made gradually by replacing the current food with increasing portions of Natural Balance® L.I.D. Limited Ingredient Diets® Sweet Potato & Venison Dry Dog Formula. The change should be completed after 5 to 7 days. The maintenance of proper body weight is most important for your dog’s health. Consult your veterinarian for specific weight recommendations for your dog.
